She carried that discipline into the federal sector at the U.S. Army’s RCC-E, where she held theater-wide responsibility for backup and recovery systems supporting operations across Europe. The work demanded technical judgment, operational awareness, and accountability for systems essential to mission continuity.
Amanda later supported the U.S. Navy by developing requirements for littoral warfighters, translating operational needs into clear, actionable technical direction.
