Why WTC exists
Built from experience on both sides of the mission.
WTC was founded by Tate Marcinkowski, a retired U.S. Coast Guard electronics warrant officer with 21 years of federal service and hands-on leadership across cybersecurity, command-and-control systems, engineering, infrastructure modernization, and technical program delivery.
That experience exposed a recurring failure: capable teams were losing time because requirements, evidence, engineering, and decision ownership were disconnected. WTC was built to close those seams.
Amanda Marcinkowski leads operations, service delivery, and project discipline. Her career spans Fortune 1000 managed services, U.S. Army theater-level backup and recovery, and U.S. Navy requirements development for littoral warfighters. She brings the commercial urgency, federal mission awareness, and disciplined follow-through that turn technical expertise into dependable client delivery.
