Why WTC

Small-business access with enterprise delivery discipline.

  • Evidence, requirements, engineering, and decision ownership are managed as one operating picture.
  • Senior WTC leadership stays close to delivery and remains accountable for quality and follow-through.
  • Risk is communicated in direct language that program leaders, engineers, assessors, and contracting teams can use.
  • Commercial service-delivery discipline is adapted to federal mission and security requirements without lowering the standard.
  • Client-sensitive details remain protected, and public claims are limited to information that can be supported.

Experience behind WTC

Relevant leadership experience, clearly attributed.

These qualifications describe experience Tate and Amanda Marcinkowski bring to WTC. They are not presented as WTC corporate contract performance.

President and CEO

Tate Marcinkowski

Tate is a retired U.S. Coast Guard electronics warrant officer with 21 years of federal service. His leadership experience spans RMF and ATO execution, mission-critical communications and electronics, cybersecurity, command-and-control systems, systems integration, infrastructure modernization, and technical program delivery.

COO and Vice President of Operations

Amanda Marcinkowski

Amanda built her delivery discipline as a Service Delivery Manager for managed backup services supporting Fortune 1000 companies, where she maintained greater than 98 percent SLA performance in an environment where seconds mattered. She later held responsibility for U.S. Army backup and recovery systems supporting operations across Europe at RCC-E, then supported U.S. Navy requirements development for littoral warfighters.

Attribution standard

Corporate past performance will be published only when it can be substantiated.

WTC will not manufacture testimonials, blur individual experience into company performance, or publish client-sensitive details to make the business appear larger than it is. That restraint is a procurement strength, not a marketing weakness.

Contracting and teaming fit

Flexible support without vague scope.

  • Direct federal requirements when the acquisition path and scope fit
  • Subcontracting support embedded within a prime contractor delivery team
  • Defined work packages for authorization, assessment, compliance, or engineering objectives
  • Advisory and program support delivered remotely or on site when mission requirements permit
